摘要
通过测定指甲中的铅和汞元素作为人体受到重金属污染的一项指标。应用原子荧光分析技术对人体指甲中的重金属的测定。检测结果,汞0.185±0.207μg/g、铅1.12±0.602μg/g、硒0.157±0.136μg/g,男女之间的铅和汞无显著性差别。而女性硒低于男性,性别之间有显著差别,两个年龄组之间统计3种元素都无显著差别,硒、汞和铅的回归关系有非常显著差别。表明指甲中的元素与人体头发中微量元素之间的分布基本一致,而且测定操作简单,取样简便快速,易被接受。
Regards the determine of element Pb and Hg in nail human as a guideline of heavy metal element pollution level to human body through the way of hydride general atomic fluorescence spectrometer application. Result Hg 0. 185±0. 207 μg/g, Pb 1. 12±0. 602 μg/g. Se 0. 157 ± 0. 136 μg/g. there is no evidence different of Pb, Hg level between it in male and in female, but Se level in female is lower than that in male evidently. And the result of determine, between two age group, indicates that the level of these three element is no evidence different caused age. also there is evidence different of regression correlatim in Hg. Se. Pb. . The application indicates that distributing of trace element in hair human is very similar with it in nail human, the operating simple and the sampling easy of this application make it acceptable.
