Red Teapoy with Inscription of "Made by Lu Kuisheng

扬州漆器名闻天下。历次考古发掘中大量丰富多彩的汉代漆器的出土，见证了扬州制漆业悠久的历史。至清代中叶，扬州已成为全国漆器制作中心和清宫廷漆制御用品的一大生产基地，名匠辈出。扬州市博物馆所藏卢栋款识朱漆案头小几，在至今已为数甚少的、有着名家款识的漆器藏品中为比较完整的一件，尤显珍贵。

Red Teapoy with Inscription of 'Made by Lu Kuisheng' kept by Yang Zhou Museum is rare because of its intactform with master's inscription. With wood body and plain surface, it is composed of two parts: table-board andtable rack in geometric structure, painted in red and black. It is an excellent work of Lu Kuisheng with delicateform.
