西部地区贫困 ,实施西部大开发 ,要优先发展教育 .现代远程开放教育是适合西部大开发的新型人才培养模式 ,为西部大开发战略服务 。
Since China's west is poor,we should give priority to education development when carrying out the large-scale ddevelopment strategy in China's west.Modern distance education is the best choice for producing a new type of personnel resource. These men power can serve the grand strategy for the development of China's west, which can also push forward the development of the distance education in return.
