论“精品”学报对编辑的要求

On editors'qualities of high-grade journal

高等学校主办的人文社会科学学报要以质量为本 ,而质量的高低在很大程度上取决于学报编辑主体的综合素质的高低 .高校学报应力争办成“精品”期刊 ,为此 ,学报必须满足“精品”的条件 ,编辑只有在敬业精神、使命感、思想意识和创新能力等方面提高自身的素质 ,才可能把学报办成“精品” .

The academic Journal published by the press of schools of high learning should depend fundamentally on the quality which,to a great extent,bases on the comprehensive qualities of their editorial staff.The presses of the humanities aim at the publication of 'high-grade'journals,for which all the necessary conditions should be provided.Only when the editors have improved their own qualities in the respects such as spirit of devotion to the duty?the innovative mind,the sense for special mission and ideological consciousness,etc,can they achieve the goal.
