在普通钢包高铝尖晶石浇注料的基础上,通过使体系高纯化,提高材料档次,优化微粉的加入等措施,开发了钢包冲击区用浇注料。由于其强度指标和抗侵蚀性能的显著改善,实现了与包底与包壁的寿命同步。
By making system high pure,using high - grade raw material .optimizing powder , the castable for lade lashed area has been developed , on the base of popular lade alumina - spinel castable. With the marked improving of the strength and the evosion resistance of the castable, achieved the synchronism of lifespan between cliff and underside of the ladle.
