摘要
从就业观念、就业市场、就业成本和院校与企业的作用等方面分析了目前我国大学生“就业难”的现状,并提出了解决这一问题的意见和建议:一是规范大学生就业市场,二是发挥学校和企业的作用,三是转变大学生的就业观念。
According to the sense, market, cost of the students' employment and the role of the universities and enterprises, this paper analyses the difficulty of the employment. It points out the following suggestions: they are to standardize the employment market, to strengthen the role of the universities and enterprises and to change the students' employment sense.
