Through explaining the importance and necessity of subseguent revaluation of constructive project in Maanshan Iron and steel co. ltd, it is shown that a subseguent revaluation the organization of constructive project should been set up in Maanshan Iron and steel co. ltd, so as to strengthen and improve the decision ability, management level and investment benefit and avoid the fault of constructive project in Maanshan Iron and steel co. ltd.
