摘要
针对目前重点工程档案管理存在的问题,并结合实际工作情况,运用超前控制的手段,严把合同签订关、平时督导关、单位工程竣工验收关、资金运用关等几方面阐述了做好重点工程竣工档案管理的几点思考。
In view of the existing problems is the management of key project files and the practical working conditions, the author states in this thesis her thinking and ideas on how to managing files of completed key projects effectively. The author thinks that measures must be taken in advance on strictly controlling the signing of contracts; on the supervision at ordinary times; on the check upon the completion of each key project and on the application o funds.
