脑转移瘤68例分析

Analysis of 68 Cases of Metastatic Encephaloma

68例经手术治疗的脑转移瘤患者分析表明:男41例,女27例,年龄分布17～69岁。肺癌、乳腺癌为最常见的原发灶。颅内压增高为脑转移瘤的主要症状和体征.本组近期治疗效果:好转56例;无变化4例;死亡6例;自动出院2例.本文还重点对该症的诊断、手术适应症等问题作了分析讨论。

68 caseas of metastatic encephaloma are reported.Of them 41 were males and 27 were females. Their ages ranged from 17 to 69 years.The most common primary tumors were bronchogenic and breast ones.The symptoms and signs of increased intractranial pressure were the most common featrues.The short term operative results showed improvement in 56 cases,no change in 4 cases and deaths in 6 eases.2 cases refused the operation.The diagnosis,and surgical indications are also dis- cussed.
