摘要
本文着重从遗传学原理阐述几种不同 ABO 血型夫妇怀孕后发生母儿血型不合的几率,并通过2例报告说明这种风险顶测所其有的临床意义。
This paper deals with the probability of ABO blood group discordance between newborns and their mothers in the light of several models of parents with different ABO blood groups,and analyses 2 cases of the condition,revealing the clinical singnificance of the calculation of the probability.
