房地产经营管理专业教学计划与房地产人才培养

TEACHING PLANNING IN THE REAL ESTATE ADMIHISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT SPECIALITY AND THE TRAINING OF THE PROFESSIONAL TALEN

本文首先回顾了我院房地产经营管理专业及其教学计划的形成和发展过程，其次阐述了编制、调整教学计划所遵循的若干原则，再次详述了房地产经营管理专业教学计划的几项突出特点，最后叙述了编制和修订本教学计划的五点体会．

First,the formation and development of real estate administration and management speciality in Tianjin Urban Construction Institute are reviesed. Secone,some principles followed in the drawing up and adjusting teaching planning are disscussed. Third,its outstanding characteristics are expounded in detail. And last,the understanding of the five aspects about drawing up and revising this teaching planning is recounted.
