摘要
阐述了学报在高校建设与发展中的地位和作用，概括了《天津城市建设学院学报》创刊１０年来的发展历程，并对今后如何更好地提高学报质量和办刊水平提出了一些建议．
The role and contribution of the journal in the college construction and development are expounded. From its first issue ten years ago to the present, the course of the development of Journal of Tianjin Urban Construction institute is summarized. Then, some suggestions which improve further the quality of the journal and the level of running the publication in future are made.
