DrugFET的研究(XⅡ): 药物敏感膜的研究

STUDY ON DRUGFET(XⅡ):THE DEVELOPMENT OF DRUG SENSITIVE MEMBRANES

药物敏感场效应晶体管（ＤｒｕｇＦＥＴ）是离子敏感场效应晶体管（ＩＳＦＥＴ）和药物敏感膜相结合的产物。本文研究了药物敏感膜的组成和配比，探讨了成膜的最佳条件，并对一些成膜体系对药物的响应性能进行了研究。以β－环糊精为电活性物质，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂制成药物敏感膜，对麻黄碱的响应范围为１．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～４．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，斜率为５８．０ｍＶ／ｐＣ，适宜ｐＨ范围为４．５～８．０。用其分析麻黄碱片剂含量，分析结果和药典方法相一致。

he constitution,mixed ratio,and optimum conditions of preparing ephedrine sensitive membranes are studied.The membrane is prepared with β-CD as electric active material, dioctyl(o-)phthalate as plasticezer. It exhibits Nernst response for ephedrine cation with a slope of 580mV/decade over the concentration ranges of 10mol/L～40×10-5mol/L at pH 45～ 80. It has been used for the determination of ephedrine in medicinal tablet .The results obtained agree with the pharmacoeia method.
