决策情境中的科学哲学——创世学审判的启示

Philosophy in the Decision-making Context——Suggestion from the Creation Science Trial

本文简要介绍了美国阿肯色州 590号法案所引发的“创世学审判” ,以及罗斯、劳丹和奎因等科学哲学家关于这场审判所涉及的科学哲学如何介入决策过程问题所进行的争论 ,说明科学哲学家在现实决策需要的情况下应该介入决策过程 ,但是也应该对自身在其中的困境保持清醒的认识。

This article briefly introduces a famous case on creation science which was brought by the 590 Act of Arkansas. Laudan,Quinn and Ruse,three leading philosophers,had a discussion of this trial. From this event,we can learn that philosophers ought to take part in the process of decision-making in the urgent need,but they at the same time should realize their dilemma in this context.
