语言和心理有着密切的关系。外语教学在着重研究学习主体在语言习得、学习和运 用过程中的心理因素的同时，还应对认知、思维、情感、兴趣以及母语迁移等现象进行较为 详细的分析。外语学习有赖于个性心理健康，它对外语素质的提高起着促进作用。

Language is closely related to psychology. While stressing the researc h on learners' psychological factors in the course of language learning and appl ication, the paper is to give a more detailed analysis on cognition, thinking, e motion, interest as well as the native language transfer. Furthermore, the autho r has pointed out that foreign language learning depends on mental health which would bring about a great advance in English quality improvement of the learners .
