摘要
中国加入WTO后,直接融入了世界贸易体系和能源体系。国际大的石油公司以其先进的技术、雄厚的资金以及产品质量,通过兼并重组、强强联合等多种方式,占领中国的石油与石化市场,中国的石油石化企业面临严峻的挑战。从网络营销与品牌经营入手,探讨石化企业的生存与发展。
China has directly been merged into the global trade and energy system since its entry of WTO. China's petroleum and petrochemical enterprises will face to rigorous challenges as gigantic international oil companies penetrating into Chinese market by their advanced technologies, abundant investments, and quality products. Their penetration may take multiple forms such as acquisition, merging, or cooperation etc. From the standpoint of on - line distribution and brand management, the issue of petrochemical enterprises' survival and development is discussed in this paper.
