Petroleum:The Core of Chinese Energy Sources Security and the International Strategy

伴随中国经济的持续快速发展 ,石油短缺问题日益成为中国能源安全的核心和国家安全问题的一个重要方面。中国石油安全问题不能不通过国际石油市场来解决 ,然而 ,当今世界石油市场的发展趋势却使中国石油安全面临一系列严峻的国际环境。为此 ,必须广泛参与国际石油领域的竞争与合作 ,实施维护石油安全的对外战略 ,以确保中国海外石油供应安全。

With the sustainable and rapid development of Chinese economy,the problem of petroleum shortage is increasingly become the core of Chinese energy sources security and an important aspect of national security. Chinese petroleum security cannot be resolved out of international petroleum market,however,the developing trend of the international petroleum market at present is confronting Chinese petroleum security with a series of austere environment. Therefore,China should extensively participate in the competition and cooperation in the international petroleum field,implement the diplomatic strategy of maintaining petroleum security to ensure the security of overseas petroleum supply.
