摘要
介绍Optimix高效雾化喷嘴结构、雾化原理、性能特点及工业应用结果。洛阳分公司加工常压渣油的重油催化裂化装置应用该喷嘴后 ,喷嘴雾化蒸汽较原喷嘴降低了 6 .4t/h ,干气产率由 3.99%降低到 2 .5 8% ,液化气收率由 11.75 %增加到 14 .10 % ,轻质油收率由 6 7.2 7%提高到6 8.4 1%。
The structure and atomizing mechanism as well as the performance feature and application of OPTIMIX high-efficiency atomizing nozzle were introduced. The application result of the nozzle in the heavy oil FCCU processing atmospheric residue in comparison with the original nozzle showed that the dry gas yield dropped from 3.99% to 2.58%; the LPG and light oil yields increased from 11.75% to 14.10% and from 67.27% to 68.41% respectively; and the atomizing steam reduced by 6.4t/a.
