摘要 分别研究了重力场、高压电场和离心力场对柴油脱酸效果的影响。结果表明 ,重力场所需分相时间最长 ,脱酸效果最差 ;高压电场次之 ;离心力场中的分相时间最短 ,当离心机转速为30 0 0r/min时 ,分相时间为 6 0s即可获得很好的分相效果和脱酸效果 ,且设备利用率高。另外 ,离心力场还具有一定的破乳作用 ,在很大程度上降低了两相间的夹带 ,增加了环烷酸的萃取率 ,减少了柴油的损失。 The effect of different force fields on removing naphthenic acids from diesel fuel was researched, which includes the gravitational field, the high voltage electric field and the centrifugal field. The experiment showed that the time of the gravitational phase separation was the longest; next was the high voltage electric field; and the time of centrifugal phase separation was the shortest. The centrifugal field possessed certain demulsification function; therefore the entrainments between two phases were significantly decreased. When the angular velocity was 3000r/min and the time of separation was 60s, the results of phase separation and acid removal were satisfactory.
