摘要
通过对中原油田石油化工总厂芳烃抽提装置的优化操作和能耗分析 ,找出原生产工艺存在的不足 ,提出节能改造的最佳方案 ,并在装置上实施成功 ,装置能耗由改造前的 8.4 76GJ/t下降到 5 .82 6GJ/t,每年可节约费用 6 96 .4 6万元。
Through operation optimization and analysis of energy consumption for the aromatics extraction unit of Zhongyuan General Petrochemical Works, the problems in the original production were found, and an optimum transform scheme was put forward. After the transform realization, the energy consumption dropped from original 8.476GJ/t to 5.826GJ/t, and the annual cost saving was 6.96 million yuan.
