摘要
对 SBS进行环氧化改性 ,通过红外光谱证实了 SBS的环氧化反应产物中环氧基团的存在。SBS环氧化反应适宜条件为 :反应温度 70℃、反应时间 3 h、SBS溶液浓度 1 0 0 g/ L、甲酸与过氧化氢体积比为 1 :2 .5。所得产物的环氧基质量百分数为 1 2 .7%。环氧化 SBS改性沥青的针入度、软化点和延度与基质沥青比较都有变化 。
The modification of styrene-butadiene-styrene block polymer(SBS) was completed by its epoxidation in situ.It was shown by IR spectroscopy that epoxidized groups are existed in the modified SBS.The optimal conditions for epoxidation of SBS:reactive temperaure 70℃,reactive time 3h,formic acid/hydrogen peroxide(v/v)1:2.5. The epoxy group content of product was 12.7%.Penetration,softening point and ductility of epoxidized SBS modified asphalt had changed,especially ductility.
