油气管道技术现状与发展趋势

Development Status and Prospective Trend of Pipeline Technology at Home and abroad

近几十年来,中国长输管道技术不断发展,水平逐渐提高。特别是高凝含腊原油的加热输送、原油热处理及加剂综合处理工艺、天然气管道的设计和施工技术已达到或接近国际先进水平。文章简要论述了国内外在原油、成品油、天然气输送管道方面的技术现状及发展趋势,结合国内外管道技术发展的实际情况和未来趋势,提出了我国油气管道行业应加强对油气输送工艺、油气储存技术、油气管道完整性评价及配套技术、油气管道运行管理、管道信息管理系统、管道施工技术6个方面的研究。

The China's pipeline technology has been developed at a high speed in recent years. Especially the transmission of heated oil with high solidification point and paraffin,oil heating and adding additive technology and the design and construction technologies of gas pipeline have reached or approached to the world's top level. The development status and prospective trend about pipeline technologies for transmission of oil,petroleum products and natural gas are analyzed. According to the present and long-term need in the technological development of oil and gas pipeline in the world,it is suggested that China should attach importance to research oil and gas pipeline technology in the six aspects,including oil and gas transmission technology,gas and oil storage technology, integrated assessment and relevant technology,pipeline operating management technology, pipeline information management system,pipeline construction technology.
