赤峰市广电局从2003年开始在全市范围内大力开展广播电视基层基础建设,找到了事业发展的突破口,收到了可喜的成效。一抓网络,扩大覆盖,使全市广播人口覆盖率达90.5%,电视人口覆盖率达84.4%。二抓体制,优化管理,实行对乡镇苏木的垂直管理,坚持"一突出,四统一"原则,从管理体制、用人机制和分配方式上实行根本性改革。三抓乡镇站,夯实基础。对乡镇苏木广播电视站实行等级站管理,出台了《赤峰市广播电视基层基础建设目标管理实施方案(草案)》。已有30个乡镇苏木站经过验收,达到1-3级站标准。四抓队伍,提高素质。

Since 2003, Chi Feng Radio and TV Bureau took great pains in enhancing basic development of radio and TV in the city and gained remarkable achievement in this way.
