摘要
认识影响新型套管 (TP130TT× 15 2 .4mm× 16 .90mm)的抗挤强度的诸种因素 ,对正确选用这种套管具有重要的指导意义。采用有限元法 ,计算和分析了套管缺陷 (壁厚不均度、椭圆度 )及非均匀载荷等因素对套管抗挤强度的影响规律。计算结果表明 ,在非均匀外挤载荷作用下 ,这种套管仍具有较高的抗挤能力 ;在静水压力的作用下 ,套管抗挤强度随着其壁厚不均度和椭圆度的增加而降低。
It is important for properly selecting the casing to understand the factors affecting the collapse strength of a new type of casing (TP130TT 152.4mm ×16.90mm) with high collapse strength. The effects of the casing defects (uneven thickness and ellipticity) and non-uniform loads on the casing collapse strength were analyzed by the finite element method, and the results showed that the collapse strength decreases with the increasing of ellipticity and non-uniformity of the casing thickness, while it still firm enough to withstand the collapsing load under non-uniform load conditions.
