摘要
采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了驱油用聚合物KY ,研究了引发温度、氨水与脲素的浓度对聚合物分子量的影响 ,以及表面活性剂的浓度对聚合物过滤因子的影响 ,并进一步评价了KY的热稳定性。结果表明 :当引发温度为 11℃、氨水与脲素的浓度为 0 .0 0 1mg/L、0 .0 0 0 2mol/L时 ,可获得高分子量聚合物KY ,该聚合物驱油剂具有很好的热稳定性 ,其性能可满足聚合物驱油的要求。
Due to poor salt tolerance and heat resistance of the partially hydrolyzed acryl amide in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs, and the poor ability of shear, the Copolymers (AM-AA-AMC16S) is prepared by aqueous solution polymerization, It is investigated that effect of the initiation temperature, the concentration of ammonia water and the urea on molecular weight ,and content of the surfactant on the filtering factor. Furthermore, investigating property of the thermally stability of the copolymers . The result shows that the aqueous soluble polymer has high molecular, when the initiation temperature is 11℃,content of the ammonia water and the urea is 0.001 mg/L and 0.000 2 mol/L, the copolymer has good thermal stability. It can meet the needs of polymer flooding in the reservoir of high temperature and high salinity formation.
