摘要
由丙烯酰胺等在地面交联聚合形成网状凝胶黏弹体 ,经干燥、粉碎、分筛等工艺过程制备形成遇水膨胀但不溶解的预交联凝胶颗粒 ,因其独特的性能优势被广泛地用于存在水驱通道的高含水油藏深部调剖。但目前对这种新型调剖剂性能仅通过膨胀倍数这单一量化指标进行评价 ,缺乏科学性和实用性。简述了预交联凝胶颗粒调剖剂的制备及作用机理 ,对调剖剂的性能建立了系统的量化指标 ,即吸水膨胀倍数、吸水膨胀率、膨胀时间、颗粒的圆度和粒径及凝胶颗粒的强度 ,并建立了相应的评价方法。对凝胶颗粒的吸水膨胀性能、颗粒粒度分布、颗粒强度以及在多孔介质中的封堵性能等进行了探讨。
Acrylamide can react with certain agents to form netted viscoelastic body on-surface. After it is desiccated, crushed and sieved, pregelled particles are made. The particles can swell in water but wouldn't dissolve in it. For its unique property, pregelled particles suspension is now widely used as in-depth profile modification agent in oilfields with high water-cut. However, there is only one index to evaluate property of the new agent, which is swelling-multiple. Obviously, it isn't scientific and practical. In the paper, production process and water-shut-off mechanism of the pregelled particles are briefly introduced. A series of quantity indexes and corresponding measurements are established to give an integrated evaluation of its property. Besides, swelling property after sopping-up water, granularity distribution, particle strength and blockage in porous media are also discussed.
