吉林套保油田油藏电加热技术研究 被引量:2

ELECTRIC HEATING TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH IN TAOBAO RESERVOIR OF JILIN HEAVY OILFIELD

摘要 电加热技术主要用于深度大、地层不均质、初始蒸汽注入程度低、地层热量损失大或存在夹层等不适合注蒸汽开采的油藏。吉林套保油田是稠油油田 ,使用蒸汽吞吐开发效果较差 ,油藏电加热技术是解决稠油油藏开发的有效方法。主要介绍了电阻电加热技术的原理及设备、加热的主要特点、国外的应用状况等 ,利用数值模拟方法研究了电加热技术在吉林套保油田稠油油藏的应用效果 ,对加热功率、电加热生产时间等进行了优选。研究表明吉林套保油田电加热生产可以提高产量 5 0 Application of electric heating technology can particularly be beneficial in the situations where steam injection development can not be used due to great depth, formation incompatibility, low incipient injection, excessive heat losses or existence of thief zones, etc. Jilin taobao heavy oilfield is developed recently. The cyclic steam injection method is ineffective. Now other development methods are being studied and tested. One of them is electric heating development method. The paper introduced the principle, equipment, heating characteristics and oversea applications of the electric heating. It finally numerically stimulated the application efficiency of the electric heating development method in Taobao heavy oilfield. And it optimized heating load and time. The result showed that the production could increase about 50%.
