摘要
介绍了为二氧化碳压缩机创造性地增加段间回流管线和配置低压缸防喘振系统的技术改造方案 ,对改造后取得的效果进行了评价。改造后节约蒸汽 2t/h ,降低了二氧化碳放量 ,减少了发生喘振次数。
A technical renovation plan is presented for the carbon dioxide compressor,including a creative increase in return lines between stages and provision of an anti-surge system for the low-pressure cylinder,and an evaluation is carried out of the results after the modification. After the renovation,steam consumption was cut down by 2 t/h,less CO_2 was exhausted,and the surge was reduced.
