摘要 具有物理性质的人体解剖模型的开发是当今世界的前沿课题。国内的虚拟数字人体开发正在进行阶段 ,并将涉及物理性质的人体解剖模型的开发。本文结合实例阐述应用于核医学上的一个孕妇物理人模型的具体开发步骤 ,包括图像的获取、配准、分割、三维显示、以及如何将分割后的结果导入蒙特卡罗模拟计算程序EGS4。本文还介绍了相应的注意事项及应用软件工具 。 The developments and applications of tomographic models are exciting topics in the world. In this paper, a tomographic model for a pregnant woman was developed based on CT images, and its application in nuclear medicine was explored. The detail steps about developing the model were explained and analyzed, including the acquirement, registration, segmentation, and three dimensional visualization of the images. The implementation of the segmented images into a Monte Carlo code, EGS4 was also explained. Some useful softwares were introduced and the results were presented.
