摘要 目的 初步探讨MSCT灌注成像方法在骨肿瘤性病变中的临床应用价值。方法 对 10例骨肿瘤患者进行MSCT灌注成像 ,图像重建后送至AW 4.0工作站 ,利用Perfusion 2软件计算并分析灌注图像和灌注参数值 ,包括血流量(BF) ,血容量 (BV) ,平均通过时间 (MTT)和表面通透性 (PS)。结果 所有肿瘤部位的BF、BV、PS值明显高于正常组织 ,而MTT值明显小于正常组织 ,两者之间具有显著性差异。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical applicative value of multi slice spiral CT (MSCT) perfusion imaging in bone tumors. MethodsTen cases of bone tumors underwent MSCT perfusion imaging. The image data were sent to AW 4.0 workstation, and the perfusion parametric maps were computed and analyzed, including blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT) and permeability surface (PS). ResultsAll the values of BF, BV and PS of the tumors were obviously higher than those of the normal tissues significantly, while the MTT values were lower. ConclusionMSCT perfusion imaging is an accurate and relatively simple functional imaging technique, and possible to give a quantitative assessment to blood perfusion of bone tumors.
