摘要
本文提出的非参数估计与最小二乘相结合的定量方法为定量模型不清楚或理论模型与体系行为差别较大时进行多组分同时测定提供了合适的处理技术.采用全固态石墨纤维内导型电极阵列对SMZ,SM2和ST药物混合体系进行了同时定量分析,20份不同浓度混合试液中三组分的回收率及标准偏差分别为101%(10.0%),102%(4.7%)及9.2(99.2%),表明方法可行.
The calibration technique of nonparametric estimation combined with least squares is introduced, which can be used to quantify mixtures of analytes when the theoretical calibration model of a system is unknown or departs from the true behavior of the system. In this paper the method was applied for prediction of SMZ, SM2 and ST concentrations in 20 unknown samples, using their electrode array responses and the concentration and response data of a calibration set seperately prepared. The recoveries of the three sulfa drugs for 20 mixtures were 101% for SMZ, 102% for SM2 and 99. 2% for ST, and the standard deviations of prediction of 10. 0% for SMZ, 4. 7% for SM2 and 9. 2% for ST were obtained respectively.
