摘要
本研究利用(60)Co—γ射线,五种不同剂量(250R、500R、10000R、100000R和300000R)分别辐照乌珠穆沁公羊和萨力斯克细毛公羊精液,并在辐照后0,2.5,5.0,7.5和10小时分别测定精子的存活率,精子顶体畸型率和精清中GOT酶的活性。测定结果是,(1)两个品种五种剂量辐照后10小时内的精子存活率实验组比对照组平均高4.72%(乌珠穆沁羊、下同)4.79%(萨力斯克羊、下同);7.83%,7.12%;0.84%,2.60%;-0.002%,1.37%;-16%,-%。(2)10000R、100000R和300000R辐照组精子顶体畸型率较对照组高1.49%,1.98%;2.73%,2.19%;3.06%,-%。(3)萨力斯克细毛羊精液经100000R辐照后,精清中GOT酶活性比对照组提高了11.78%。500R组降低了10.06%。结果表明:低剂量(250R、500R)对绵羊精子有刺激作用,特别是500R对精子存活率的影响与鱼、鸡一样的刺激效应。10000R以上的γ射线对精子顶体有损伤作用。低剂量对受精率以及胚胎发育是否有影响有待进一步探讨。
The semen samples of wuzhumuqin(W.)and Shalisike(S.)rams were irradiated with different kinds of dosage 250R,500R,10 000R,100 000R and 300 000R of ~(60)Co-γ rays respectively. The vitility of spermatozoa,the acrosomal abnormalities of spermatozoa,and the activity of GOT of seminal plasma were examined at 0,2.5,5,7.5,10h after irradiation.The results showed(1) The five kinds of dosages at 10h after irradiation, the average vitility of spermatozoa increased 4.72%(W.next same),4.79%(S.next same);7.83%, 7.12%;1.84%, 2.60%; -0.002%, 1.37%; -16%, -%than control's respectively. (2) with ~(60)Co-γ rays 10 000R,100 000 R and 300000R irradiated,the acrosomal abnormalities of the average percentage of the spermatozoa of W.and S. rams increased 1.49%,0.98%;2,73%,2.16%;3. 06%,-%than control's respectively.(3)The GOT activity of seminal plasma of S.ram radiated with 100000 R by ~(60)Co-γ ray increased 11.78% than control's, but decreased 10.08% than control's with 500R. The results showed that there are stimuliting effects the ram semen were irradiated with low dosages(250R,500R) as the stimuliting effects of the fish and cock especialy with 500R.But when the dosages to the semen are over 10 000R, there are damaging effects on the acrosome of spermatozoa. The influence of the sperm fertlity and the embroy development after low dosage irradiation of semen are still under study.
