摘要
在α-SiC和β-SiC超细粉末中,以Al、B、C为烧结助剂,分别添加0~24vol%WC,研究了SiC—WC复相陶瓷的力学性能和显微结构,获得了一种室温弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别达700MPa和8.6MPa·m(1/2)的SiC-WC复相陶瓷.
Mechnical prperties and microstructure of hot pressed SiC-WC composites were investigated. The ceramics were prepared from ultrafine α-Sic and β-Sic powders dispersed 0~24vol% WC and 1wt%Al,0.5wt%B and 1.5wt%C as sintering additives. Bending strength and fractrue toughness of the ceramics were improved with the increase of the WC content. The observed values of β-SiC-23. 6vol%WC composite were 700MPa and 8. 6MPa. m^(1/2) respectively.
