含钨的多元复合析氢电极

摘要 用复合镀法制得Ni—W—WC—WO_3复合电极.在0.5mol/LH_2SO_4中的氢超电势比软钢降低280mV,i_0提高三个数量级,电极表面粗糙度为Ni电极的三倍.在300mA/cm^2的大电流密度下,进行的长期恒电流电解试验表明电极性能稳定.XPS分析证明电极表面主要成分为Ni,W,WC,WO_3等. The Ni-W-WC-WO_3 composite cathode was obtained by electroplating on nickel cathode substrate. Its exchange current density i_0 greatly increases and its hydrogen overvoltage greatly decreases than Ni and Fe. The surface area of Ni-W-WC-WO_3 cathode is two fold more than that of the Ni electrode. Electrolytic experiment by high current density (300 mA/cm^2) showed that the cathode had steady activity. XPS analysis indicated that the component of electrode surface are Ni,W,WC,N,WO_3 etc.
