摘要
本文提出了国有设计大院改制中人员安置的问题,处理好这个问题的重大意义,及所应坚持的原则,给出了解决问题的新方案。
This thesis puts forward the personnel aftercare problem of reorganized big
state owned design institutes. It proposes the significance and principle of dealing with the
problem, and gives a new solution to it.
