摘要
近年来,我国的大中城市相继出现了大批小高层住宅,而且十分流行,并得到了居民及开发商的青睐与认可。从节约用地、城市景观、居民生活质量等角度出发,阐述了小高层住宅的优点,并与多层住宅、高层住宅相对照,指出了小高层住宅将成为未来20年住宅建设发展的流行形式。
In recent years, large quantities of small high-rising residence have appeared
in china's large & middle-sized cities, and they are very popular as well. Moreover they have
won the favor and acceptance of residents and development merchants. This article illustrates
the advantages of small high-rising residence from the angle of economizing on land, city
landscape and residents' living quality, etc. It also compares small high-rising residence with
multilayer & high-rising ones, and points out that the former one would become the popular
modality of residence constructing development in future 20 years.
