糖皮质激素滴眼与球结膜下注射治疗葡萄膜炎疗效分析

Comparison of the effects between corticosteroid eye drops and subconjunctival injections in the treatment of idiopathic anterior uveitis

目的 :比较糖皮质激素滴眼液滴眼与糖皮质激素球结膜下注射对特发性前葡萄膜炎的治疗效果。方法 :对共90例 (12 3只眼 )特发性前葡萄膜炎患者 ,其中 4 5例 6 3只眼用糖皮质激素点眼液滴眼 ,根据炎症程度选择滴眼频率 ,每次 1滴 ,4 5例 6 0只眼用糖皮质激素球结膜下注射。根据炎症程度每日一次或隔日一次注射 ,两组均用药至炎症消退 ,并同时使用非甾体类消炎药滴眼及睫状肌麻痹药治疗。结果 :糖皮质激素滴眼组及球结膜下注射组治疗 6w后炎症全部消退 ,差异没有显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,结膜下注射组有球结膜充血、水肿、疼痛等副作用。结论 :糖皮质激素滴眼与球结膜下注射对特发性前葡萄膜炎有相同的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effects of corticosteroid eye drops and subconjunctival injection(ESCI) in the treatment of idiopathic anterior uveitis.Methods:Ninety patients(123 eyes) who had idiopathic anterior uveitis were divided into two groups. Of these,45 patients(63 eyes) were treated with corticosteroid eye drops;the frequency was determined by the seriousness of the inflammation and was administered one drop at a time. The other 45 patients(60 eyes) were treated with ESCI,once a day or every two days,accordingly. Both groups were also treated with mydriatic-cycloplegic and a nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agent simultaneously during the course of the corticosteroid treatment.Results:The inflammatory syndromes in both groups completely disappeared after 6 weeks of treatment. No significant statistical differences were found between the two groups(P>0.05). Side effects included conjunctival congestion,edema and pain in the ESCI group.Conclusion:The corticosteroid eye drops and subconjunctival injections of corticosteroid provided the same therapeutic effects in the treatment of idiopathic anterior uveitis.[
