李士靖:主席先生此次来北京,访问中国食品科学技术学会,与潘蓓蕾理事长进行了非常友好的会谈.此行会促使中国和国际上的科学组织加深了解.借此机会,我想请主席先生介绍一下国际食品科技联盟它的职能,主要的工作范围.

The International Union of Food Science and Technology(IUoFST) is an international organization founded in 1970, having more than 70 member countries and with every member country assigning a representative. The mission of IUoFST is to connect the food scientists in the whole world with each other.
