大气污染物总量控制研究与应用

Grass of Control's Study and Application in Air-pollution

为了进一步控制城市大气污染 ,我国提出了总量控制的概念。本文为城市大气污染物排放总量控制提出一套科学、系统的理论和方法学基础 ,通过改进后的城市多源大气扩散模型 ,计算出地区稀释系数矩阵 ,结合社区环境目标值 ,得出允许排放的最大污染源排放量 ,进而实施总量控制。结合地理信息系统 ,制作了“大气污染物排放总量控制管理信息系统” 。

For controlling the pollution of air in city,'grass of control'was advanced.There is a set of scientific,systemic theory and methodology,which can direct and demonstrate how to improve the air condition.Matrix of dilution that is calculated by using the improved model of air pervasion can get the maximum eduction of pollution by aim in some district,and 'grass of control'can be made.The'manage system of air pollution' which is made by GIS can give us many sets of plan to reduce the pollution.
