摘要
本文指出:现行剪羊毛机剪头振动参数的测试方法存在下列问题:1.不可重复,没有可比性;2.没有反映剪头扭转振动的真实情况;3.操作不方便。故应另寻其他的方法。
It is pointed out in this paper that all the measuring methods, in force in the world,of vibration parameters for sheep shearing machine are not quite perfect. That is to say that the problem existing are: 1. The results obtained by those methods vary with the operator's physical feature,the holding posture,and the power of gripping, therefore they are not of repeatability and comparative feature. 2 . The torsional angular acceleration(moment of inertia) of shearhead has been substituted by the linear acceleration of the motor-flexible shaft-shearhead system in those methods,so the results cann't truely reveal the shearhead vibration manner too. 3 . The equipments used are not convenient for installation and oper ation. Here upon,the work we have done is an attempt to search a measuring method of vibration parameter for sheep shearing machine which may overcome the defects mentioned above
