An Investigation of the Livestock Structure in Alukeerqin Banner in Chifeng

赤峰市阿鲁科尔沁旗(以下简称阿旗)牲畜总头数最近几年都在百万头(只)以上,畜种结构的合理与否,对阿旗畜牧业的效益产生着重大影响,为此,本文通过对该旗畜种结构的历史分析,阐述了畜种结构形成的原因,为调整畜种结构奠定了基础。阿旗地形为南北狭长走向,南北气候相差二十多天,自然条件和社会经济条件相差也很大。根据牧业区划原则,将阿旗划分为三个牧业区。根据三个牧业区的不同条件,扬长避短,因地制宜,按经济效益、生态效益和社会效益相结合的原则,从影响畜种结构的因素入手,调整畜种结构,规划出“七五”期间的合理畜种结构。为保证规划的实现,对应采取的措施亦进行了论述。

The total quantity of livestock in Alukeerqin barner of chifeng has been more than million in recent years. Whether the the livestock structure is reasonable or not would have great effect on the efficiency of animal husbandry of Alukeerqin. So this paper elaborates the developing reason of livestock structure through analyzing historily this barner's livestock structure. It wolud lay a foundation to adjusting livestock structure The topography of Alukeerqin is long and narrow, and its trend is north-southern. The climate condition differs over twenty days from southto north. The difference of natural conditions and social economical condition is obvious.We have divded Alukeerqin into three livestock farming districts,according to the regulation of livestock farming divisions. Devleop our advantage and discard our disadvantage, suit measures to local condition, in the light of the different conditions of the three animal farm regions. Beginning with the elements of affecting livestock structure, on the basis of the regulations of ecnomical efficiency, ecological efficiency and social efficiency, we adjust the livestock structure and map out the rational livestock structure in the seventh five years plan period. In order to guarantee achievement of the plan, we also discuss the measures that should be taken.
