摘要
原有的无辅助开关的软开关单相功率因数校正电路环流能量大。本文通过改变谐振电容Cr取值的大小,减小了环流能量。分析了电流断续状态下的工作原理,所有开关器件都可实现ZVT或ZCT软开关。并详细介绍了单周期控制原理。仿真和实验结果表明,该电路降低了功率管VM1和VM2的通态损耗,并提高了整体电路的效率。
The loop current energy of the previous soft-switching single-phase power-factor-correction topology without auxiliary switch is big. A small loop current system is proposed in the paper, through changing the value of the resonant capacitor. The operating principle of the circuit is analyzed in discontinuous-conduction-mode. All the switching devices are able to turn on or off in zero-voltage-transition (ZVT) or zero-current-transition (ZCT). one-cycle control principle is Introduced in detail. Simulation and experiment results verify that this system reduces on-state waste of power switches VM1 and VM2, and improves the efficiency of the whole system.
