某钢铁企业职业伤害调查研究

Investigation of Occupational Injuries in a Steel Company

[目的 ]探讨某钢铁股份公司职业伤害的发生特点、分布、主要原因及发生趋势。 [方法 ]根据对某钢铁股份公司 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月间职工人数及发生的职业伤害事故调查资料进行分析。 [结果 ]该公司 2 0 0 2年职业伤害发生率为 2 2 .3 9/万 ,职业伤害类型以物体打击 ( 2 4.3 9% )、灼烫 ( 17 5 6% )、高处坠落 ( 17.3 2 % )和机械伤害 ( 15 .3 7% )为主。而操作不当 ( 2 2 .2 0 % )和安全意识不强 ( 15 .85 % )是其主要原因。 [结论 ]职业伤害防制应从提高职工安全意识和技术水平着手 。

Objective To clarify the characteristics,distribution,main causes and trend of occupational injuries in a steel company.[Methods] To carry out retrospective epidemiological investigation on occupational injuries occurred during Jan 1999 to Dec 2002.[Results] The annual incidence of occupational injuries was 22.39/10 4.The major types of accidents were struck by/against objects(24.39%),burnings(17.56%),falls(17.32%) and mechanical equipment injuries(15.37%).The main causes of accidents were improper operation(22.20%) and low consciousness of work safety(15.85%). [Conclusion] The prevention and control of occupational injuries should focuse on enhancing the consciousness of safety and technical ability.Different measures should be proposed for different types of occupational location.
