Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning Province has vowed to become the financial hub of the northeast by 2010. If the city succeeds in its ambitious plan of building itself up as the financial center of Northeast China,banking, insurance, stocks, shares and bonds business are set to witness robust growth with the opening of more branches and subsidiaries.
