摘要
目的 探讨正常膝降动脉及隐动脉的超声检测方法及其在临床中的应用价值。方法 用二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像对 41人共 82条正常膝降动脉及隐动脉进行检测。结果 所有膝降动脉及隐动脉起始点及行程均显示清晰 ,双侧膝降动脉及隐动脉起始部内径及血流参数 (收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数 )比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 超声可以很好地显示膝降动脉及隐动脉起始部、内径及走行轴线等形态学特征 ,并可检测血流参数 ,是检测膝内侧皮瓣轴心血管。
Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonography in the normal saphenous artery. Methods Ultrasonography was adopted for detection in 41 persons with 82 normal descending genicular arteries and saphenous arteries. Results Descending genicular arteries and saphenous arteries of all subjects were identified by ultrasonography. The differences in caliber, blood flow parameters (Vs, Vd, and RI) of descending genicular arteries and saphenous arteries at their origins between two sides were not statistically significant(P> 0.05). Conclusions Ultrasonography is an objective, accurate, non-invasive and utility method to evaluate the saphenous artery of saphenous skin flap before operation.
