支气管哮喘病程与体内β肾上腺素能受体水平的关系──附47例分析

摘要 目的 :探讨支气管哮喘患者病程的长短与体内 β肾上腺素能受体 (β adrenocepter,βAR)水平的关系。方法 :用同位素放射免疫配基法对不同病程的支气管哮喘患者外周血淋巴细胞 βAR的密度和亲和力进行检测 ,并就病程的长短与体内 βAR水平的关系作相关性分析。 结果 :支气管哮喘患者病程与体内 βAR密度呈显著负相关 ,相关系数为 - 0 5 3;与体内 βAR亲和力亦呈显著负相关 ,相关系数为 -0 6 1。结论 :支气管哮喘患者病程越长 ,体内 βAR水平越低。 Objective: To study the relationship between duration of disease and β-adrenergic receptor level in patients with bronchial asthmas. Methods: Maximum bound volume(B max)and equilibrium dissociation constant(KD)of the β-adrenocepter in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with bronchial asthmas were estimated by isotope-radioimmunoassay (IRIA). Relationship between duration of disease and β-adrenergic receptor level was analyzed. Result: There was significant negative correlation between the duration of disease and β-adrenergic receptor density in patients with bronchial asthmas, with a correlation coefficiency of -0.53. There was also significant negative correlation between duration of disease and β-adrenergic receptor affinity, with a correlation coefficiency of -0.61. Conclusion: The duration of disease is negatively correlated with β-adrenocepter level in patients with bronchial asthma.
