晚期妊娠合并原发性血小板减少性紫癜21例分析

Clinical analysis on 21 cases of late pregnancy with idiapathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的 探讨晚期妊娠合并原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)的治疗与分娩方式。方法 对 2 1例晚期妊娠合并 ITP患者进行回顾性分析。结果 2 1例患者给予肾上腺糖皮质激素、免疫球蛋白、血小板等综合治疗。剖宫产 14例 ,占 6 6 .6 7% ,阴道分娩 7例 ,占 33.33%。产后出血发生率分别是剖宫产占 2 1.4 3% ,阴道分娩占 2 8.5 7%。结论 晚期妊娠合并 ITP分娩前后的综合治疗 ,放宽剖宫产指征是保证母婴安全的关键措施。

Objective To investigate the therapy and deliver ways of late pregnancy with ITP.Methods Twenty-one women of late pregnancy with ITP were analyzed retrospectively.Results The general therapy of cortical hormone,immunoglobulin and throbocyte etc was used in 21 cases.The deliver ways were showed that cesarean section was 14 cases (66.67%)and viginal delivery was seven cases(33.33%).Postpartum hemorrhage rate was 21.43% in cesarean section and 28.57% in viginal delivery.Conclusions It is important management to sure infants and mothers safety for women of late pregnancy with ITP that the general therapy was used in antepartum and postpartum and that the indication of cesarean section can be used extandly.
