自发性食管破裂6例临床分析

Clinical analysis of six cases of spontaneous esophageal rupture

目的探讨自发性食管破裂早期诊治的重要性。方法回顾分析 1996～ 2 0 0 3年间 6例自发性食管破裂的临床资料。结果 3例早期行食管裂口修补术者 ,疗效好 ;3例误诊 ,其中 1例死亡。结论提高对自发性食管破裂的认识 ,早期诊断 ,早期治疗 ,是降低本病死亡率的关键。

ObjectiveTo study the importance of early diagnosis and prompt treatment of spontaneous esophageal rupture.MethodsFor the period 1996～2003 a retrospective analysis of clinical data of six patients with spontaneous esophageal rupture was conducted.ResultsOf all cases,three had prompt surgical treatment after being diagnosed and got cured,and three were misdiagnosed.One patient in misdiagnosed group died.ConclusionsEarly diagnosis,prompt surgical treatment and raising the ability to recognise the disease are the key points to reduce the mortality.
