闭合性肾损伤92例诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of 92 cases with closed renal trauma

目的总结闭合性肾损伤的诊治体会 ,提高肾损伤的诊治效果。方法回顾性分析 92例闭合性肾损伤的诊断治疗资料。结果辅助检查阳性率 :静脉尿路造影 (IVU) 5 8.3% ,B超 78.4 % ,CT10 0 % ;保守治疗 78例 ,手术治疗 14例 ;治愈 90例 ,死亡 2例 ,治愈率 97.8%。结论 CT检查是诊断闭合性肾损伤的可靠方法 ,治疗方案取决于肾脏损伤情况 ,其中保守治疗是治疗闭合性肾损伤的重要方法。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 92 cases of closed renal trauma and to increase the effect of its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Data of the 92 cases of closed renal trauma were retrospectively analysed.Results IVU revealed abnormal finding in 58.3% patients examined,B-ultrasonography in 78.4% and CT in 100%. seventy-eight cases were managed with conservative treatment and 14 cases underwent operation.Ninety cases were cured (97.8%) and two patients died of the injury(2.2%).Conclusion CT is effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma,the treatment of renal trauma depends on the condition of the renal trauma,and conservative treatment is important method to treat renal trauma.
