糖尿病肾病的死亡原因及其相关因素探讨

Study on the death causes of diabetic nephropathy and its correlated risk factors

目的 进一步认识糖尿病肾病 (DN )的死亡原因 ,从而提高一体化综合防治对策。方法 采用回顾性分析方法 ,探讨DN的死亡原因及相关因素。结果 在DN的死因中心血管病变占首位 ( 3 3 .7% ) ,其次是多脏器功能衰竭( 18.5 % ) ,慢性肾衰竭 ( 14 .8% )。死亡原因与并发症、糖尿病病程、年龄、血糖水平有关。结论 严格控制血糖、血压等 ,减少并发症的发生 ,可干预DN的进展 ,降低病死率。

Objective To make a better understanding on the death causes of diabetic nephropathy(DN) in order to adopt the whole set of prevention and treatment.Methods the death causes of DN and it correlated factors were studied by using retrospective analysis.Results The first death cause of DN was the Cardiovascular diseases(33.7%) .The second was multiple organ failure(18.5%)and chronic renal failure(14.8%). There were significant correlation between the death rate and complication,diabetic course,blood glucose. Conclusion The complication can be reduced by controlling blood glucose,blood pressure strictly etc,and the death rate decrease subsequently.
